A very warm welcome to our nursing home Großenhain!

Our nursing home is beautifully located in the heart of Großenhain. It opened in 2011 and has since then, become more and more popular. Already during the development the philosophy of the house was defined as follows: “Young and old belong together”. The new sentimental realized and appealing building offers 68 senior citizens a new home. The care offered includes full stationary and of course lovingly care.

A new home in the center of Großenhain

All single bedrooms do not only have their own WC/ bathroom area, but are also equipped according to modern standards.  Residents can of course bring their own furniture and accessories with them and by doing so also take a little piece of their home with them and create their own individual atmosphere. Thanks to big windows and modern design, all rooms are nice and bright. The spacious halls and common rooms create a pleasant atmosphere as they are decorated with antique furniture and cozy couches. Flowers and green plants as well as hand-picked historical pictures on the walls, provide a unique ambience with a good eye for detail. In addition to holistic care, we count on loving care with measures structuring every-day life in order to improve the quality of life. It is very important to us to carry out intensive biographical work so that we can adjust to the particularities of every individual, as every resident should feel sheltered and comfortable.

To enjoy a life in respect and dignity

Reliable partners provide our residents with five meals per day. In addition to two chosen meals, our offer also includes, according to individual aspirations, various bland diets and diets in general. Of course there is also coffee and cake available in the afternoon while chatting in the culture area and common room.

Various occupational offers and cultural events can be chosen to shape the day actively, depending on physical- and mental conditions. Regular excursions into the close by region complete the offer. Our residents also enjoy regular activities including baking together in the kitchen and handicraft.
