A warm welcome to our senior center Bitterfeld! (Bismarckstraße)

Our senior center is located wonderfully central in the small city Bitterfeld. Not far from the train station and a large shopping center, the location bribes with excellent connections to public transport services which is a huge advantage to relatives and residents. The landmarked old building is renovated, modernized and still has lovingly characteristics of the old building architecture.

The many small and friendly living areas, hallways and general rooms give the senior center its special charm of an open and friendly family house.

Living and experiencing in landmarked surroundings

Our 41 residents live in cozy single bed- or two bed rooms which can be equipped individually by their own furniture, if they wish to bring it along. A comfortable and well-known atmosphere, from their homes, provides additional quality of life. Thereby a harmonic interaction is created between old architecture, elegant ambience and modern care.

The dining rooms are also lovingly furnished, decorated and designed and provide sitting areas which are often places of communication and encounters. Subtle nostalgic furniture and paintings of landscapes transform modern equipped rooms in treasures of coziness.

You can find kitchens on every floor which can be used by residents independently. That way one can easily make coffee or prepare small meals. Of course all sanitary facilities are furnished with the most modern equipment. In addition there is also a terrace for our residents with a beautiful view over the roofs of the city as well as a green overgrown courtyard. Here residents are able to find rest and small aviaries, which invite you to stay and observe.

Our qualified and committed employees shape the every-day life of our residents excitingly and eventfully. They do not only offer daily professional and individual care but they also support our residents during festivities, joint excursions, with creative activities and other supporting activities. A cultural plan for the year and daily opportunities of leisure time activities, aim to create the well-being of each individual. Due to the manageable number of residents, a familial atmosphere is created.
