Prior to moving into a nursing home there are a lot of open questions which should be cleared up beforehand. Due to actual occurrences it could, however, happen that you don’t have time for intensive preparations. In this case important issues have to be arranged quickly.
This is a situation which can easily overtax relatives. Our staff makes sure that you are not left alone with your questions and problems. We would be glad to stand by your side. Our help is based on long-term experience and covers all possibly arising questions regarding moving into one of our nursing homes.
These time-consuming formalities are, for example, applications at nursing insurances, and questions regarding financing the nursing as well as the support service. A network of competent contact persons at Pro Civitate is at your disposal on short notice.
