A very warm welcome to our residential home Carlsfeld!

The residential home Carlsfeld is located in a wonderful, calm and green environment in the city Sandersdorf-Brehna. Green grassland and small inviting forests encircle the building complex.

On altogether three floors, 60 single- and 5 double rooms are located with a familial and lovingly character.

Be vital as long as you live

A mini bus belonging to our house enables our residents to quickly reach destinations, like for example the local shopping facilities or excursion destinations including the local recreation center “Goitzsche” and the wonderful nature park Dübener Heide. Our dedicated nursing staff is always at the side of our residents and supports them along the way.

Our spacious garden cannot only be used for relaxing walks but also invites you to stay and to discover. Small sitting areas serve as a place to spend some time together and to meet other people in the open air in nature.

The residential home conveys, upon entering, a warm and friendly atmosphere which draws through the whole concept of the facility. Many friendly designed communication corners with old restored furniture enable an active community life and exchange in a leisurely round. In addition residents are able to participate in activities they are already accustomed to. Small festivities like birthdays are celebrated in our “small lounge” which is also lovingly furnished and decorated.

Individual contentment comes first

Everyone can and should be able to follow up their wishes and interests, because the contentment of the individual is our priority. We offer a wide range of activities including: baking together, reading lessons, singing groups or gardening in the sunshine.

All our rooms are designed in order to meet the high requirements of our residents. The rooms with a view into the green or into the courtyard, offers enough space for personalized furnishing and individual shaped living areas. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and decoration so that they can setup their rooms homely in order to achieve a sense of well-being. We also make sure that the menu is set up as individual as possible.

Comprehensive care aimed at the needs of people does not only enable the protection of the own individuality but in addition also enables our residents to have a self-determined life as far as possible. We specialize in the support of people suffering from dementia, which is reflected in our close cooperation with neurologists.

The well-being and the quality of life of our residents is our top priority. Thereby the life together stands in the foreground.

Our competent care team supports and supplies our residents with heart and soul. The center of our care in our living units are the biographical embedded characteristics and actions of the elderly. The most important thing is the feeling to be needed. In that way we link supervised activities, which bring back memories, with a reliable principle, which encourages the independence of the seniors.
